QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

HOW DOES MESOTHERAPY WORK?

The procedure involves tiny superficial injections of Hyaluronic Acid directly into the epidermis and mesoderm (middle layer) this helps to nourish and rejuvenate, boost cell activity and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. This process improves the strength, structure, and appearance of the skin as well as helping it retain moisture.

DOES IT HURT?

A topical anesthetic is applied prior to the treatment for approximately 30 minutes, this will assist with any discomfort.

WHAT CONDITIONS DO WE TREAT WITH MESOTHERAPY?

– Skin Rejuvenation
– Hair Loss
– Stretch marks, weight loss, and cellulite

HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?

We advise clients to allow themselves at least 2 hours, this includes consultation, numbing, and treatment time. Depending on the size of the area, the actual treatment time can take 20-45 minutes.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?

It is recommended that you have some time to recover after your Mesotherapy treatment. You will experience some superficial swelling, which will settle within 24-48 hours. Although rare, other possible side effects include the appearance of some small needle marks which will also resolve within a few days. Treatment around the eye area may take longer to settle; possibly 5-7 days.

HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LAST?

For optimum results, we recommend a course of 4-6 treatments of Mesotherapy. Once you complete the recommended course, the results can last from 12-18 months.

WHO IS SUITABLE?

Everyone will benefit from Mesotherapy, particularly those concerned with fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, skin texture issues, and general skin rejuvenation.

IS MESOTHERAPY TREATMENTS SAFE?

As Hyaluronic Acid is naturally found in the skin and depletes naturally as we get older, it is completely safe to inject into the mesoderm and provides a very effective rejuvenation treatment for clients.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY TREATMENT?

Multiple micro-injections using a very fine needle are administered into the mesoderm (middle layer) of the skin. The aim is to replace the hyaluronic acid that is lost as we age.

IS IT EFFECTIVE?

Very, skin becomes luminescent, hydrated, nourished, and firmer and texture is improved.
